Banana – A sweet treat for your gecko

The irresistibly sweet taste of ripe bananas is favourite among many gecko species and is particularly well accepted. Gecko Nutrition’s banana variety focuses on this popular fruit and deliberately excludes other fruits to treat your gecko to a pure and intense flavour experience.

The Gecko Nutrition complete diet provides all the essential nutrients your pet needs for a balanced and healthy diet. It combines high-quality, protein-rich insects such as black soldier fly larvae, mealworms and crickets with the natural sweetness of banana. Enhanced with valuable vitamins and minerals, this nutrient-rich formula ensures optimal support for your gecko’s health.

This feed, produced in Germany has been specially formulated for crested geckos, but is also suitable for other fruit-eating gecko species.

Instructions:

Mix 1 part powder with 2 parts water (by volume). The mixture may appear watery at first, but will thicken after several minutes. The consistency should be similar to ketchup. The ratio can easily be adjusted to get the consistency you want. Depending on the feeding behaviour of your geckos, feeding on 2-3 evenings per week is recommended. Uneaten food should be removed within 24 hours. Store in a cool and dry place after opening. Freshly made food can be kept in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
