Bugbatch is a passion project by a group of four friends, three of whom live and breathe animals, and one tech lover.

Just like yours, our homes are filled with scales, soil, and the occasional escaped cricket so we all know exactly what it’s like to be on the keeper side of the glass.

Why We Started

The idea for bugbatch was born out of a common frustration we all shared: the struggle to find decent reptile food easily and reliably. We’ve all dealt with the disappointment of the “out of stock” signs at high street shops and the stress of wondering if our animals are getting the nutrition they deserve.

We figured there had to be a better way to fuel our passion and so, we decided to build it ourselves.

What We Do

The idea is simple: make reptile keeping easier. We’ve combined our collective experience in animal management, veterinary science, industry experience and tech knowledge to create a streamlined way for the public to access a wider range of reptile diets, hassle free.
