What types of food do you offer for reptiles?
We currently supply a variety of prepared gecko diets, from trusted brands such as Pangea, Repashy and Gecko Nutrition. However watch this space, as we are working on increasing our scope to soon stock live feeders including crickets, mealworms, and Dubia roaches.
How do you ensure the quality and freshness of your food?
All the diets on bugbatch have been carefully chosen by us as they come from trusted manufacturers who, through regular research and testing, use a science-backed approach to select quality ingredients, resulting in balanced, species appropriate nutrition.
Products are handled with care and shipped in sealed packaging to maintain freshness. We also personally inspect each bag for any splits, rips or tears before we package them up to send on to you. All primary packaging has an expiry date printed on it to ensure the freshness of the batch.
What shipping options are available for your products?
We offer Royal Mail tracked delivery to get your order to you promptly and safely, with regular tracking updates. Orders are dispatched within 24hrs of placement.
